WHAT DOES SUGAR FREE MEAN?
According to the FDA, Sugar Free means one serving contains less that 1 gram of Sugars, both Natural and Added.
WHAT SUGAR REPLACEMENT/SUBSTITUTES ARE CONSIDERED SUGAR FREE? AND WHICH DOES FRENICAN BAKES USE?
We use only the Top and Best Sugar Free Substitutes. Most might not know but not all Sugar Free Substitutes are created equal. Here at Frenican Bakes, we use Certified Organic Natural Rare Sugar Sweeteners which are the top and Healthiest of all Sugar Free Substitutes. Our Certified Organic Natural Rare Sugar Sweeteners do not impact blood sugar levels therefore they do not spike up your glycemic index like so many other “Sugar Free” substitutes out in the market do. We take great pride in this and it’s one of the major reasons Frenican Bakes differs from other baked goods companies.

WHY ORGANIC?
Because Organic means that the ingredients are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, sewage sludge, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMO), or ionizing radiation. Also, our animal products come from animals that are not given antibiotics or growth hormones. Organic means Cleaner, Healthier and ultimately more Nutritional.
